Job summary

Our World Energy, a leading residential solar installer in Albuquerque, NM, seeks a Roof Lead to install and maintain PV systems on rooftops. You will assemble racking, run conduit, and ensure all work complies with site plans and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the crew, reading blueprints, and providing safety-conscious service on residential projects. A valid driver's license and basic electrical knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of residential solar experience.
• OSHA knowledge may be preferred.
• Ability to safely use power tools and handle electrical equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with NEC codes and PV systems.
• Must pass pre-employment screening and hold a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble racking, solar panels, and electrical equipment on residential roofs.
• Drive a truck and trailer safely.
• Read blueprints and plan documents.
• Ensure proper job documentation after installation.
• Maintain safety per OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with Foreman and Regional Operations Manager.
