Job summary

Luminous Robotics in South Boston is seeking an Assembly Robotics Intern to join our Manufacturing & Assembly team. You will help assemble and test robotic components, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, maintain tools and equipment, and contribute to process improvements that accelerate prototype development.

The role is hands-on, collaborative, and ideal for students or recent graduates who want real-world robotics experience at a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and build documentation.
• Clear communication and team-first mindset in high-collaboration environments.
• Some knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test robotic components and subsystems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during prototype builds.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure proper calibration.
