Job summary

Venture Home is seeking a Retail Associate in Nashua, NH to engage homeowners at retail locations, educate them on solar energy benefits, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.

We are looking for outgoing individuals who enjoy conversations and generating opportunities. This is a part-time to full-time, benefits-eligible role with hourly pay plus commissions and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Weekend availability as scheduled.
• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.

• Educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar.
• Qualify homeowners based on company guidelines.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations.
