Job summary

Venture Home in Bedford, NH is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to engage shoppers, educate homeowners on solar benefits, and schedule in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants. This role is part-time to full-time with commissions on qualified appointments.

You will work approx 30 hours weekly in two six-hour blocks, with weekend shifts, and benefit from medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans. Strong communication and reliability are the core requirements.

Qualifications

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Weekend availability as scheduled.
• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
