Job summary

Venture Home Solar, LLC is seeking a personable Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations, educate them about residential solar, and schedule qualified buyers for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants. This customer-facing role rewards energy, enthusiasm, and strong communication with meaningful opportunity to drive solar adoption.

Typical schedule includes 9am-5pm or 1pm-9pm, Friday through Sunday, with hourly pay plus commission.
