Job summary

Sunrun Installation Services Inc. seeks a Removal & Reinstall Foreman to lead a residential solar crew on removal and reinstallation projects. You will direct safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity for a 2–3 person team, and perform field installations and service tasks as needed.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and coordinating with performance techs while ensuring adherence to NEC and local codes, with 15% travel required.

Qualifications

• Requires teamwork leadership of 2–4 crew members.
• Experience wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC.
• Strong safety compliance and on-site coordination.
• Excellent communication with field team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead solar removal and reinstallation projects from start to finish.
• Ensure safety and quality standards and NEC compliance.
• Train and supervise 2–3 crew members and coordinate with the branch.
• Maintain time sheets and inventory for the crew.
