Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in solar racking installation or related field.
• Proficiency in operating pile drivers and jobsite material handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of photovoltaic mechanical racking systems.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control during installations.
• Evaluate and supervise the performance of crew members.
