Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or development roles.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and preventive activities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards.
• Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, and a proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality management and improvement activities throughout the solar product development phases.
• Setting quality standards and objectives at the early stages of product development.
• Reviewing product designs and establishing testing plans.
• Analyze quality-related issues and propose effective solutions.
• Participate in Gate Meetings at each development phase and provide constructive feedback.
• Establish and implement quality assurance processes for final production.
• Analyze reliability and quality-related data and prepare detailed reports.
• Operate and manage solar simulators and related measurement systems to ensure measurement consistency.
• Analyze calibration and measurement data to improve measurement accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal and external laboratories to maintain measurement consistency and quality standards
