CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, seeks a QC Shift Supervisor I in Jeffersonville, IN. The role leads a quality control team on daily plant operations, ensuring solar cells meet stringent specs, processes are compliant, and defects are resolved promptly.

You will drive improvements, manage documentation, and coordinate with production and engineering to uphold product reliability and reduce scrap. Full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in quality in manufacturing; solar/semiconductor preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience; leads teams of 3+.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and internal/external audits.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation to drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily workflows of the quality control team and schedule inspections.
• Oversee in-process and final outgoing quality checks on solar cells.
• Ensure products meet tests, specs, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate defects using EL/PL imagers, IV tracers, microscopy.
• Collaborate with production and engineering on corrective actions.
• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance.
