Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc is seeking a Solar QC Inspector Journeyman in Mulberry, FL. You will direct and supervise PV system inspections on varied terrains, coordinate the QC team, and ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.

Strong leadership and hands-on inspection skills are essential. The role emphasizes safety, practical field inspections, and collaboration with crews on critical infrastructure projects across power and grid sectors.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years journeyman and QC experience, with at least 1 year in QC.
• Prior supervisor experience preferred.
• Must hold NCCER certifications listed above.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the visual and physical inspection of PV systems.
• Inspect structural, mechanical, rack systems and PV panels.
• Lead safety planning and ensure zero injuries.
• Coordinate and train QC inspectors and other crew members.
• Review timecards and document inspections accurately.
