Job summary

IntelliPro Group in Mesquite, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for solar panel production. This IPQC & OQC role ensures modules meet specs from the production line to shipment, performing in-process inspections, SPC data review, and CAPA follow-up to drive improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• In-Process Inspections: inspect key process control points and monitor SPC data during assembly.
• Defect & Root Cause Analysis: review defects and investigate root causes.
• Outgoing QC: sampling inspections of finished panels before shipment to meet requirements.
• Equipment & Calibration: ensure inspection tools meet specs and conduct MSA testing.
• CAPA: drive corrective actions for internal audits and customer complaints.
• Data & Reporting: collect and analyze quality data to support continuous improvement.
