Job summary

You will monitor raw materials and manufacturing steps, perform electrical and mechanical tests, log results, calibrate equipment, and collaborate with production and engineering to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, and QC documentation.
• Engaged in photovoltaic quality management for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor stages of solar panel manufacturing to identify defects or deviations.
• Perform electrical and mechanical tests on solar panels to verify performance.
• Conduct visual inspections of solar panels for cosmetic defects.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and corrective actions.
• Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and maintained.
• Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
