Job summary

Boviet Solar is seeking a quality inspector to perform in-process inspections, monitor product quality, and track and report issues during production.

Role includes rotating between production lines, maintaining inspection records, and adhering to quality standards and procedures. Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are essential.

Overtime, weekend, or shift flexibility may be required to meet production needs in a fast-paced solar module environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above.
• Manufacturing experience in quality inspection preferred.
• Solar module manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, inspection standards, and quality procedures.
• Basic computer skills for recording inspection data and quality documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail to identify defects and abnormalities.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection tasks during the module manufacturing process as assigned by the supervisor.
• Verify, report, track, and assist in resolving production process abnormalities and quality issues.
• Conduct material and in-process inspections per inspection specs, standards, instructions, and samples.
• Promptly report potential issues and follow up on corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly inspection records and track actions.
• Perform routine inspections and checks of inspection tools and equipment; conduct reliability testing as required.
• Complete other duties as directed by management.
