Job summary

We offer competitive hourly pay of $24-$30 (DOE), travel time pay, an electrical apprenticeship program, quarterly profit-sharing, medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), disability and life insurance, plus safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Construction-related experience (roofing, HVAC and/or electrical) with on-the-job training available.
• Ability to climb ladders, work from a roof, use hand tools, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Certified in or willing to obtain OSHA 10, First Aid & CPR; valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install solar PV systems (ground-mount and roof-mount) on customer sites.
• Read drawings and apply NEC requirements as appropriate; assist layout and site preparation.
• Perform mechanical and electrical work involved in solar installations; participate in site duties.
