Job summary

Good Energy in Washington state is seeking a motivated Solar PV Installer or Roofer to join our growing team. You will install solar PV systems and perform roofing tasks on commercial and residential sites, often outdoors and at heights.

We value hands-on experience, reliability, and a proactive approach. CSCS is desirable and a full driver’s license with transport is required as travel between sites is common.

Qualifications

• PV Installations or Roofing experience required.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors.
• CSCS card desirable or willing to train toward it.
• Full driver’s license and own transport required for travel between sites.
• Able to pass Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work site.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials.
• Perform general labouring duties as required.
• Work independently with initiative and self-motivation.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively.
• Be reliable and punctual, completing tasks on time.
