Job summary

Good Energy is seeking a highly motivated Solar PV Installer or Roofer to join our growing team. You will contribute to solar PV installations for commercial and residential properties, often outdoors and at heights, applying hands-on skills to deliver high-quality results.

Join a collaborative environment where safety, reliability, and initiative drive project success, with support for certification and travel to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• PV Installations or Roofing experience.
• Confident with working at heights.
• CSCS card (or training towards it).
• Full driver's license and own transport.
• Able to pass Enhanced DBS check.
• Basic hours are Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00 but must be happy to do additional hours and overnight stays away as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work site.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials.
• Perform general labouring duties as required.
• Work independently, showing initiative and self-motivation.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively.
• Be reliable and punctual, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Stay organised and efficient in your work.
• Demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Meet the physical demands of the job.
• Be adaptable and open to learning new skills.
