Job summary

Citadel Roofing and Solar in Vacaville is seeking a Solar Project Administrator to support New Construction projects, builder tracks, and custom homes. You will process requests from Project Coordinators and Managers using Creatio or email and utilize Sage 300 CRE for costing and billing.

Responsibilities include creating new job setups, maintaining builder models, updating budgets and WIP, generating invoices and managing documentation in SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction related experience; Solar PV ideal but not required.
• 1–3 years of construction billing experience ideal
• Process management experience required
• Detail oriented, attention and focus on data accuracy
• Experience working with matrixed project teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities

• Create a new job set up for Solar New Construction (Builder Models/Phases, Custom Homes, Commercial Buildings).
• Create electronic file folders and maintain documentation under each Builder/Project Name.
• Update a job/lot budget and add lots to existing jobs.
• Cancel or delete jobs/lots as needed.
• Create or revise a WIP form and file in SharePoint.
