A leading roofing company in Vacaville is seeking Solar Installers to join their team. Candidates will pull inventory, install solar modules, and ensure jobsite cleanliness. Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be reliable, and able to work in extreme conditions. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of roofing and/or solar installation or general construction required.
• Must be able to work in extreme environments.
• Must be reliable.
• Able to work in sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.
• Able to climb ladders and work on roofs for long periods.
• Must be reliable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass pre-employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Pull inventory for each job.
• Pre-assemble job material.
• Prepares and installs solar modules and mounting hardware.
• Ensure jobsite is cleaned up nightly.
• Communicate and document job completion.
• Jobsite cleanup nightly and at project end.
• Additional duties required as needed.

Citadel Roofing & Solar is looking for Solar Installers to join our growing Retro Solar team. We have loads of work to keep you busy!

Citadel Roofing & Solar is made up of industry verans with more than 30 years of experience, and a stellar reputation of service excellence to

new construction home builders throughout Northern California.

Responsibilities:

• Pull inventory for each job.
• Pre-assemble job material.
• Layout and assembly of solar modules / array and mounting hardware.
• Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment.
• Communicate and document job completion.
• Make sure the jobsite is cleaned up nightly and at the end of the project.
• Additional duties required as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of roofing and/or solar installation or general construction required.
• Previous solar experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in extreme environments (sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.).
• Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on roof tops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time. Must be comfortable with heights.
• Must be reliable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment physical.
