Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials, equipment, inspections, and tracking support the project schedule (Procore, Smartsheet, Google Sheets).
• Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
• Coordinate plans with design engineers and resolve discrepancies.
• Track RFIs and Submittals in Procore to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules with PMO and provide on-site training and orientations.
