Job summary

Cherry Street Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead full-cycle project implementation in the Southeast, from startup through closeout, while coordinating with engineers, architects, and field teams in Atlanta.

You will supervise multiple projects, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety, quality, and timely reporting across diverse teams in a dynamic renewable energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction experience.
• Experience managing all aspects of construction projects including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical.
• Working knowledge of Procore, MS Project, and other construction software.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical writing and conflict resolution skills.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Develop project business plan.
• Create staging, logistics, and phasing plan for project.
• Lead coordination of subcontractors.
• Set up project in Procore software.
• Issue and administer subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Assist in development, planning, and updating of overall project schedule.
• Attend progress meetings and create monthly status reports.
• Mentor and train assistant project managers and interns.
