Job summary

GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking an organized, highly communicative Project Manager to lead full-cycle solar energy project execution across a growing portfolio in the Southeast. This role sits at the intersection of business and execution, taking ownership from initial planning through site mobilization and final closeout.

You will coordinate with enterprise clients, city/state agencies, engineering partners, and field teams, managing budgets and schedules in Procore while ensuring safety and quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Background in commercial solar, civil, structural, or electrical construction is ideal.
• Exceptional presenter and communicator with experience in executive settings.
• Highly organized, able to coordinate with municipalities and multiple moving parts.
• Tech-minded with familiarity with scheduling software and project platforms.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Project Delivery: manage projects from sales hand-off to closeout, kickoff, permits, logistics, milestones, and final documentation.
• High-Stakes & Diverse Communication: serve as primary contact across enterprise clients, agencies, engineering partners and field contractors.
• Budget & Schedule Management: monitor cost tracking, change orders, invoices, and adjust schedules to stay on budget.
• Safety & Quality Control: coordinate with field leadership to implement safety plans, site checks, and quality standards.
