You will obtain permits, coordinate with engineers and architects, manage jobsite mobilization, and oversee documentation and reporting to the PMO Director.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, 3+ years of construction experience, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project.

We're seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for the full-cycle of project implementation, from project startup, including obtaining permits and licenses and managing jobsite mobilization, to overseeing job close-out documentation and procedures (closeout documents, final job report, and final accounting). You will supervise multiple projects simultaneously and will report to the PMO Director.
