• Experience reading plans and specifications and estimating.
• Commercial, healthcare, institutional, industrial project exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead solar projects from preconstruction to closeout using company processes.
• Preconstruction and postconstruction reviews for improvement.
• Maintain clear project documentation and records.
• Delay, claims, and change order management; negotiate issues.
• Coordinate and manage solar installers; provide weekly client reports.
• Manage project budgets, scheduling, and cashflow.
