With safety and ethics at the core of everything we do, our experienced professionals are hard at work on commercial and industrial sites throughout the Midwest. **The Position:*** Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of solar construction projects.* Assist with project scheduling, documentation, budget tracking, reporting, and team communications.* Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to support project activities and resolve issues.* Participate in project meetings, prepare reports, and track key action items and deliverables.* Assist with monitoring project progress, costs, productivity, and schedule performance.* Support project documentation, contract administration, and recordkeeping efforts.* Participate in field visits, safety initiatives, and site audits to gain hands-on construction experience.* Learn project management tools, processes, and best practices used in renewable energy construction.* Gain exposure to the technical, operational, and financial aspects of utility-scale solar projects.* Travel to project sites as needed to support project activities and professional development. **Requirements:*** Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field.* Interest in renewable energy, construction, and project management.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.* Self-starter and ability to work independently.* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
