Intelligent Green Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager / Construction Supervisor to lead field operations for solar projects in Bainbridge, NY. This hybrid role (50% field, 50% office) reports to the VP of Operations and offers growth into senior leadership as the company scales.

You will oversee permitting, estimating, scheduling, and execution of residential and small commercial solar arrays, battery storage, and related systems, coordinating both subcontractors and internal crews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management or field supervision.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage up to 10 active field crews across residential and small commercial jobs.
• Coordinate project permitting, material procurement, and advanced job costing.
• Supervise on-site installations (solar PV, battery, mechanical/electrical systems).
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high-quality standards.
• Conduct field inspections for safety, performance, and quality control.
• Optimize internal processes and workflows to support company scaling goals.
• Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, customers, and leadership.
• Report progress and challenges directly to the VP of Operations.
