Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, via WECTEC Staffing Services, is seeking a Project Manager-Solar for a 1-year contract in Juno Beach, FL. You will join the Early-Stage Solar Engineering & Construction team, reporting to the onsite manager and coordinating with the Solar Regional Lead Project Manager.

Responsibilities include owning multiple solar projects through the Early-Stage process, analyzing data and budgets, and ensuring technically feasible, financially viable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Strong financial and data analysis skillset.
• Mechanical awareness and/or interest in technical variables.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and manage a portfolio of Solar projects through Early-Stage processes (Screening, Diligencing, Early-Stage Pipeline).
• Support and guide the broader team toward project, department, and corporate targets using technical, commercial, and financial insights.
• Analyze technical and financial data, identify variables and trends, and investigate market impacts on projects.
• Manage the portfolio’s capital budget and variances; ensure technically feasible, schedule-appropriate, and financially viable projects.
• Use multiple software applications to manage data, deliverables and report on key indicators; support Early-Stage team initiatives.
