Procurement & Financial Oversight

  • Write and issue purchase orders for equipment, services, and subcontractors.
Create and submit invoices to customers aligned with project milestone completions.
  • Track and approve vendor and contractor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Team and Site Management

  • Coordinate with internal crews, subcontractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure successful field execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify progress, quality, and safety.
  • Uphold and enforce strict safety standards to ensure all work is OSHA‑compliant.

Customer & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and publish regular customer reports with updates on progress, risks, and budget.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through transparent communication and proactive problem‑solving.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Manage all project documentation including permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
