Job summary

Knobelsdorff Enterprises (KE) in Goodhue, MN is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead multiple solar projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will coordinate with customers, engineering, and field teams, manage subcontracts, change orders, and reporting, while maintaining rigorous cost control and quality standards. This is a full-time role with occasional travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in utility grade photovoltaic project management.
• Ability to oversee and report progress daily to the leadership team.
• Experience with estimating, planning, scheduling, cost management, materials/purchasing, operations and maintenance, and client-facing.
• Ability to develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and the project team.
• Ability to meet with clients to capture project details and clarify requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team; plan and oversee multiple solar projects.
• Schedule and plan construction with required resources.
• Manage the project budget and report to the GM on status and forecast.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet contract terms.
• Track change orders and ensure documentation is updated in KE Procore and Viewpoint.
