Qualifications

• Proven working experience in utility grade photovoltaic project management.
• Ability to oversee and report progress daily to leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Experience with estimating, planning, scheduling, cost management, and client-facing operations.
• Ability to develop comprehensive project plans for clients and teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and oversee multiple solar projects simultaneously.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, including change orders.
• Coordinate with engineering on submittals, RFIs, and buildability of the site.
• Interface with clients, communicate status, and manage invoices and deliverables.
• Ensure safety compliance and material/equipment procurement to meet milestones.
• Review financials weekly and provide forecasted revenue and cost updates.
