What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage overall direction, execution, quality control, and completion of project deliverables
- Facilitate changes in requirements, documentation, processes, and systems
- Communicate project progress to management, clients, and utility partners
- Conduct robust data analysis and track industry trends impacting distributed energy resources (DERs)
- Supervise employees and organize in-person meetings and collaboration sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A technical bachelor's degree in an energy-related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis, including expert experience in Excel
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity and/or experience working with solar programs
- Experience with utility incentive programs and regulatory frameworks
- Direct experience in incentive program design and implementation
- Experience working directly with government bodies and utilities
- Ability to review and analyze legislative and contract documentation
