Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform daily production tasks.
• Monitor production processes and report any abnormalities (e.g., defects, equipment issues).
• Assist Engineers in troubleshooting and basic process adjustments.
• Record production data and complete reports accurately; support equipment checks and routine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S).
• Participate in training programs and continuously learn new skills.
