• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to shift schedules if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to perform daily production tasks.
• Monitor production processes and report abnormalities (defects, equipment issues).
• Assist Engineers in troubleshooting and basic process adjustments.
• Record production data and complete reports accurately.
• Support equipment checks and routine maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S).
• Participate in training programs and continuously learn new skills.
