You will gain hands-on experience with incentive management, reporting, and analytics, while developing Excel-based financial modeling and cross-functional collaboration skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, IT, Economics, or related field.
• Solar or renewable energy interest a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Gain cross-functional exposure across multiple business functions.
• Support incentive and payment operations for residential solar.
• Create training materials and documentation for team training.
• Audit work for accuracy and provide status updates to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and IGS Engineering, Procurement, and Construction partners.
• Maintain pricing and financial models for residential solar and storage.
• Analyze products and markets across solar offerings.
