You will research the energy market related to residential solar, batteries, VPPs, and DERs. Ideal candidates are undergraduates in Business, Data Analytics, or related fields, with strong Excel skills and a passion for energy.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills – comfortable with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced formulas.
• Genuine passion about the energy industry; previous energy experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and document management skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and results orientation.
• Ability to adapt, grow, and thrive in evolving work environment.

Responsibilities

• Research innovation initiatives, pilots, and new technology in energy.
• Analyze data/information to identify key themes and insights.
• Present research findings and supporting materials to the Innovation team.
