Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, business, or related discipline.
• MBA or technical graduate studies is a plus.
• 3+ years in utility-scale solar EPC or related preconstruction/project support roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Smartsheet, Primavera P6, BlueBeam, or HCSS Heavy Bid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as central coordinator for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with internal contributors
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Estimating, and Operations to produce proposal documents
• Maintain reusable proposal content, templates, and pricing assumptions
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to clarify deliverables and respond to questions
• Develop and review baseline schedules, drawing logs, and exhibits
• Support site assessments, geotechnical reports, and utility locates
• Maintain RFI logs and preconstruction budget trackers
• Prepare weekly progress and risk reports
• Assist in LNTPs, Early Works Agreements, and owner contract exhibits
• Coordinate procurement timelines with project milestones
