You will be responsible for maintaining and operating PV power plants, with duties including monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety protocols. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience, a solid understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to work in safety-critical environments. This full-time role offers a salary range of $34.00 to $40.00 per hour, along with health coverage and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in utility solar operations.
• High School Diploma is a must; college degree preferred.
• Strong safety adherence and electrical knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain utility scale PV power plants.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including inverters.
• Train personnel in safety and procedural requirements.

Skills

3+ years of experience in Utility Solar Operations & Maintenance

Experience in SCADA systems

Electrical safety knowledge
