Job summary

Namaste Solar is seeking a Portfolio Manager I to expertly coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for commercial and utility-scale solar customers. You will balance customer communication, service scheduling, and work order management in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.

The role supports planning, coordination with technicians and manufacturers, and documentation to ensure timely service and compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and communicate them effectively to customers and teammates.
• Experience providing customer support, coordinating operations, scheduling work, managing projects, or performing similar work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to review, organize, and maintain detailed records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar customers.
• Coordinate customer requests from initial intake through work order completion.
• Communicate service schedules, findings, recommendations, and project updates to customers.
• Review service agreements to determine contractual service obligations and coverage.
• Set clear expectations regarding service timelines, next steps, and follow-up activities.
