Job summary

AES Corporation seeks a team member to support outdoor operations at solar power plants, focusing on safety and environmental compliance. You will wash panels, perform land maintenance, and operate landscaping equipment to keep sites clean and productive.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, driving license preferred, and the ability to travel to sites. Candidates should be comfortable with manual labor and basic computer use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license preferred and/or ability to travel to site.
• Outdoor work at solar power plants with potential wind, dust and heat.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and environmental priority in daily tasks.
• Operate panel washing and landscaping equipment at sites.
• Perform land maintenance: weeds, mowing, raking and cleaning.
• Use equipment such as tractors and mowers as required.
• Suggest process improvements to supervisor.
• Apply chemicals under direction; license preferred.
• Basic computing skills including MS Office and reporting.
