OneEnergy is seeking a Solar Performance Engineer, O&M to oversee operation and maintenance performance across our solar assets. You will report to the Associate Director, O&M and collaborate with Systems, Operations, Accounting, Engineering and Asset Management.
Responsibilities include leading performance analyses, managing vendor relationships, and refining reporting tools to improve asset performance. Occasional travel and a proactive, accountable attitude are essential.

The Performance Analyst, O&M will report to the Associate Director, O&M and work hand in hand with Systems, Operations, Accounting, Engineering and Asset Management for the successful operation of OneEnergy owned assets, as well as external Owners of projects OneEnergy delivered to COD. The position will have responsibility for reviewing all operations and maintenance aspects for our solar assets and critical vendor relationships required to maintain a high quality of service to the assets. This includes leadership of O&M tasks on operational status, contract obligations, and associated accounting for the assets. Feedback of operational knowledge to Preconstruction, Project Managers, Design Engineers, and other internal OneEnergy teams for improvements to our projects is also a key objective of the role. The role has a tremendous opportunity for growth because of our large and diversified pipeline in Wisconsin and across the United States.
$90,000-115,000, negotiable based on background and experience
