OneEnergy Renewables is seeking a Field Engineer to oversee solar project site activities, safety, QA/QC, and compliance across Wisconsin and the Midwest. You will work with Project Managers, Design Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
The role may be filled at Associate Field Engineer or Field Engineer level, with travel 50−80% in peak seasons. Competitive base salary and full benefits are offered.

About the role
TheField Engineer will have responsibility for reviewing all solar project site activities, including safety, construction progress, compliance, quality assurance and quality control both on-site and through remote measures. They will work hand in hand with Project Managers, Design Engineers, Subcontractors, and other support staff. This role has a tremendous opportunity for growth because of our large and diversified pipeline in Wisconsin and across the United States.
This position may be filled at either the Associate Field Engineer or Field Engineer level. Placement will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $92,000-$135,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience
