Invenergy LLC in the United States seeks an Operations & Maintenance Manager for the Beekman Energy Center in Bastrop, LA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders.

The role requires a technical degree, supervisory experience, and strong communication; travel up to 50% may be required. Base pay ranges 115k-155k USD with a 20% annual bonus; robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Beekman Energy Center.
• Develop and implement operating and maintenance procedures.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff.
• Prepare operating budgets and status reports.
• Coordinate with local customers and suppliers.
• Procure parts and services; support resolution of technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual requirements.
• Provide professional technical guidance and QA checks.
• Support solar technicians in maintenance activities.
