Job summary

Invenergy is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Manager for the Beekman Energy Center in Many, LA. This role oversees day-to-day operations, safety, and maintenance of a 185 MW-AC solar facility, ensuring compliance and efficient performance.

You will recruit and lead site staff, prepare operating budgets, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and supervise outages and repairs. Occasional night shifts and up to 50% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Beekman Energy Center.
• Develop and implement operating and maintenance procedures.
• Recruit, train, and manage site staff.
• Prepare operating budgets and reports.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers.
• Procure parts and services and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and contractual compliance.
• Provide professional, technical leadership.
• QA checks on solar technician work.
• Support solar maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
