You will execute preventative maintenance, respond to alarms, and perform basic quality checks while interfacing with factory computer systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in warehousing, textile, agriculture, or material inspection can count toward manufacturing experience.
• Internal candidates must have 60 credits of internal manufacturing training and supervisor endorsement.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to all safety procedures and maintains good housekeeping.
• Safely operates and maintains tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Completes required training within the specified timeframe.
• Provides on-the-job training to team members when requested.
• Performs duties as directed by team leads and supervisors.
• Maintains equipment with hand tools and instrumentation within defined timelines.
• Interfaces with equipment computers to monitor parameters and alarms.
• Monitors process data and makes decisions to maintain process control.
• Escalates issues with clear communication and recommendations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on problem solving and testing.
• Collects data and generates reports as requested.
• Communicates effectively with team members and leadership during shift changes.
• Keeps inventory levels adequate for next shift and ensures proper waste disposal.
