Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred Associate degree or certificate in a technical discipline.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience required or substitutable experience (warehousing, textile, agriculture, material inspection).
• Endorsement from direct supervisor for a promotion is required for internal candidates.
• Safety-first mindset and ability to work in a team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate specific equipment to manufacture solar modules at the required rate.
• Conduct preventative maintenance procedures and address intermediate alarms.
• Perform basic quality control procedures and monitor process data.
• Interface with equipment controls and factory computer systems.
• Provide on-the-job training to team members when requested.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and solve problems.
