Responsibilities

• Run diagnostic tests and repair malfunctioning equipment in all areas of plant automation.
• Commission control systems, troubleshoot operational issues, calibrate instrumentation including flow/pressure transmitters and level sensors.
• Perform preventative maintenance and manage CMMS data, input work orders and update prints/manuals.
• Create solid models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks CAD guidelines.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, motor and motor control systems; perform root-cause analysis and design improvements.
• Support development, implementation and continuous improvement of solar module equipment.
• Adhere to Hanwha Q CELLS USA, Inc. policies and procedures.
