Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain certification documentation and test reports.
• Serve as the primary contact for third-party laboratories, managing communication and timelines.
• Identify and qualify testing laboratories and certification service providers.
• Solicit quotations and support vendor selection and onboarding.
• Maintain certification tracking logs and audit-ready records.
• Compile technical submittals for UL and IEC certifications.
• Monitor renewal deadlines and resolve outstanding items to maintain validity.
• Liaise with production to secure samples and data for certification.
• Manage multiple certification projects with changing priorities.
• Ensure full traceability of certification status.
