Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate daily production activities for solar module manufacturing. You will lead operators and technicians, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, manufacturing process knowledge, and hands-on training of staff. This on-site position is based in Brookshire, Texas, with opportunities to drive continuous improvement and maintain strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in automated manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse team.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Ability to solve problems, make timely decisions, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads a team of production operators and technicians to achieve goals.
• Coordinates and prioritizes activities to ensure on-time delivery of solar modules.
• Monitors processes and equipment for efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Trains and develops personnel on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Enforces company policies to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Collaborates with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to team members.
• Maintains production records and reports for management review.
• Drives continuous improvement to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards related to solar module manufacturing.
