Kids for the Future is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Brookshire, TX to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and safety compliance. The role requires 2+ years in warehouse supervision, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong WMS/inventory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervision or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and coordinate across multiple regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interacts with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills (Spanish) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of modules and materials.
• Lead a team of warehouse workers with staffing, training, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee inventory management, track stock levels, reduce waste, and rotate materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and shipping to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, and staff performance.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate cross-border shipments with international teams.
• Maintain and service warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
