Equipment Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing skilled maintenance, repair and operational upkeep tasks on solar panel manufacturing equipment within a designated area. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues. The Equipment Maintenance Associate works under minimal supervision, often collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all systems and equipment.
The role involves physical labor, exposure to varying temperatures, and handling potentially hazardous materials. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be used at all times. May be required to work after hours and on weekends or holidays.

The range for this position is $29.00 hourly rate – $30.50 hourly rate. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
