Job summary

Knowles Corporation, working at the Solaris Project within Cornell Dubilier, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment in a high-precision manufacturing environment in Liberty, SC.

You will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, document work orders in the CMMS, install and calibrate machinery, and support production teams to improve equipment reliability while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience at Technician II or III level.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with diagnostic tools such as multimeters and vibration analyzers.
Experience working with CMMS systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix or equivalent).
Familiarity with capacitor manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and supporting systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures using advanced diagnostic tools.
Document maintenance work orders in the CMMS with accurate records.
Install, align, calibrate, and commission machinery per OEM specs and safety standards.
Support process engineers and production teams in resolving equipment issues and improving performance.
Assist with maintaining spare parts inventory in coordination with the Maintenance Planner.
Ensure plant safety compliance including LOTO and PPE use.
Participate in continuous improvement and TPM to reduce downtime.
Read and apply mechanical/electrical schematics and OEM manuals during troubleshooting.
Provide shift coverage and respond to emergency maintenance calls.
